Sinopsis

Cinco hombres trabajan en el cuarto subsuelo de una gran empresa. Comparten un credo: pasar desapercibidos, no destacar, ser olvidados. Pero un día el equilibrio se rompe, porque nadie puede ser invisible para siempre.

Five men work on the fourth basement floor of a large company. They share a credo: to go unnoticed, to not stand out, to be forgotten. But one day the balance is broken, because no one can be invisible forever.

El relato animado que propone Sergio Falleti (Call Center Dios, 3 duelos) decide ilustrar la mediocridad y su andar criminal silbando intencionalmente bajito, usando los humos de Laiseca y su capacidad para que el horror –si no la belleza– aparezca en lugares autómatas en su cotidianidad (una oficina, en este caso). Cinco sujetos tan genéricos como fantasmalmente idiosincráticos sobreviven sin vivir. Archivan, son nimios, la cobardía queda camuflada en chistes y tareas descartables… hasta que uno de ellos altera la rutina. Falleti cuenta con la contundencia de lo victoriano, y exponiendo con microscopio la maldad latente, qué subyace a eso llamado civilización. Juan Manuel Domínguez

This animated story from Sergio Falleti (Call Center Dios, 3 Duels) decides to illustrate mediocrity and its criminal walk intentionally whistling low, using Laiseca's fumes and his ability to make horror -if not beauty- appear in automaton places in their everydayness (an office, in this case). Five subjects as generic as they are ghostly idiosyncratic survive without living. They file, they are insignificant, cowardice is camouflaged in jokes and disposable tasks... until one of them upsets the routine. Falleti recounts with the forcefulness of the Victorian, and exposing with a microscope the latent evil, what underlies this thing we call civilization. JMD
