Sumo, una de las bandas más emblemáticas del rock argentino, durante los preparativos y el desarrollo de un concierto histórico: la presentación de su último disco en el mítico Estadio Obras, registrado un par de meses antes de que muriera su líder, Luca Prodan.

“Yo fui testigo”, podría decir José Luis García, que estuvo ahí, en la despedida de Obras de Sumo y Luca Prodan. Podría decir que además su cámara estuvo cargada de la decisión necesaria para saber dónde mirar y qué escuchar, para entender el antes, el detrás y el después de un momento histórico, para captar el fulgor, el carisma, la incandescencia de Sumo, la leyenda con mayor sustento de los añorados ochenta del rock de acá. Esta es una película hecha porque tenía que hacerse, porque ese material tenía que tener forma de cine, para poder comprobar una vez más que cada actitud de Luca, cada palabra, cada caminar estaban cargados de poesía y calidez punk, y que continúan brillando con una lucidez y una luz únicas e irrepetibles.
