Katya Skakun
Creció en un pequeño pueblo a orillas del mar de Barents, en el Ártico ruso, pero actualmente vive en Nueva York. Obtuvo una maestría en Bellas Artes en la Escuela de Artes de la Universidad de Columbia en Nueva York. Como directora y productora, sus films participaron en festivales como Venecia, Slamdance, y NYIFF, entre otros.
She grew up in a small town on the Barents Sea in the Russian Arctic, but is currently New York–based. She holds an MFA from Columbia University’s School of the Arts in New York. As a director and producer, she has participated with her films in festivals such as Venice, Slamdance, NYIFF and others.
